A Birthday postcard from Germany!

Due to the official postcrossing Cornelia from Germany sent me a greeting postcard! Cornelia lives in Bremen in the north of Germany. There just was a big strike of the postal services, but now everything seems to be okay.
Germany is a country in Europe. The capital is Berlin. The population is about 81,802,257. Official language is German. Germany has the largest population of any EU country. Germany is a modern and open-minded country with high quality of life, influenced in many ways by multinational diversity. Germany is the EU's largest economy. Angela Merkel, Chancellor of Germany since 2005, was ranked as the world's second most powerful person – in Forbes magazine in 2012, Merkel became the highest female ranking ever. Germany is sometimes known as ‘the land of poets and thinkers'. This is the birthplace of Martin Luther, Albert Einstein and Karl Marx, of Goethe, Beethoven, the Brothers Grimm and many others.
The anthem is here:
The signature on the card means: «Best wishes for your Birthday!»
The first and the second stamps depict wonderful flowers – tagetes and crocus. The third stamp shows us football excitement.
