Nicaragua is a beautiful country with
many lakes and volcanoes. It also has rich deposits of copper and gold. Nicaragua
is considered the safest Central American country to travel to. They have less
crime than any of their fellow countries in the region. Nicaraguans are very
family oriented. They often live close to their families in order to spend time
with them and help each other.
This cute little girl is a typical
Nicaraguan child.
The second stamp shows us Hugo Chávez, who was a Venezuelan politician and the
President of Venezuela.
